The Hebridean Celtic Festival (HebCelt) is an international Scottish music festival in Stornoway on Lewis, in the Outer Hebrides of Scotland. It is uniquely set in the heartland of Gaelic language and culture, promoting its heritage alongside Scottish, UK, and world artists.
