Oulu August Festivals is a month-long, multidisciplinary cultural celebration that unites a network of diverse events, from jazz and chamber music to literature, performance arts, and the unique Air Guitar World Championships. As part of Oulu's European Capital of Culture year in 2026, the festival culminates in the "Delta Life" grand finale, a large-scale outdoor spectacle.
